Isabella Fitness is a gym at 242 Main Street, Units B–D, Sayreville, NJ 08872. This policy covers isabellafitness.com, the public website you’re reading now.
What we collect and how
When you send us a request through the form on this site, we collect your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us you’re looking for. If you send it from one of our program pages, we also note which page you came from, so our team has context before they call.
Your browser sends some technical information automatically, including your device’s network address. We use a scrambled, short-lived version of it only to keep spam and bots off the form — it is never stored with your enquiry, and it is deleted automatically within minutes. The form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that a submission is coming from a person, not a script.
If you’re a member and sign in, we use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It cannot be read by other websites and is never used for advertising or to track you around the web. Separately, if you see a popup offer on this site, your browser remembers — in local storage, not a cookie — that you’ve seen it, so we don’t show it again for a week; that record holds no personal information.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page first.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your request and follow up by phone, text or email, and to keep the site and the form working correctly and free of spam and abuse.
Who helps us run the site
A handful of service providers help us operate isabellafitness.com. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Neon hosts our database, where enquiries are stored.
- Resend delivers the email that lands in the gym’s inbox when you submit the form.
- Google reCAPTCHA checks that a form submission is from a person, not a bot.
Calls, texts and emails
Once you send us a request, our team may call, text or email you about it. You can ask us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, or just tell us — and we will.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries as long as they are useful for following up and delete them on request.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting the gym — see Contact, below.
Children
Isabella Fitness runs a Youth Fitness program for ages 5–12. This website is built for adults and parents — a parent or guardian reaches out on their child’s behalf — and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date at the top of this page always shows when it was last updated.
